Stretch, strengthen, breathe and relax with this slowly paced sequence that begins with plenty of warm-up movement and offers posture variations for different fitness and experience levels. All levels welcome and even seniors attend this class.
YOGA BASICS CLASS (BEGINNER YOGA & ALL LEVELS)
New to yoga? Yoga Basics will introduce you to a practice that can bring strength, balance and flexibility to your life. Through basic postures and alignment principles you will be able to discover the benefits of yoga at your own pace
YOGA BASICS STRENGTH & FLEXIBILITY
Learn yoga from the roots up based on principles of alignment and movement. Basic postures encourage balance, strength and flexibility for optimal health and wellness. Classes include various forms of breathwork and relaxation techniques.
OPEN YOGA CORE CLASS (adults & 13 + teens welcome)
Build your overall strength and stamina while stretching and lengthening your muscles. This flowing class will move you through a series of postures designed to strengthen from the core. Some of the postures can be challenging however, modifications make the class suitable for anyone wishing to enhance their overall fitness.

BABY & ME YOGA (Prenatal Welcome) (Pre-register class with 4 participants Fridays 10am)
Stretch, strengthen, breathe and relax with this slowly paced sequence that begins with plenty of warm-up movement and offers gentle posture variations all levels, bond with your baby while practicing this gentle Yoga. Meet new Moms and Moms to be in your community. This class is followed by a 1/2 hour social gathering discussing Pre and Post Natal topics.
THERAPEUTIC YOGA
this class offers students a gentle class and is suitable for those who are beginners to Yoga, as well if your living with chronic illness or injury,. Suitable for pre-and post natal students and seniors therapeutic yoga focuses on breathing and meditation techniques that calm the mind, increase lung capacity and reduce stress,this is a great class to get introduced to yoga . A relaxing restorative journey within your body mind and spirit.
MEDITATION WORKSHOPS
is one of the Five Principles of Yoga. The practice is a constant observation of the mind. It requires you to focus your mind at one point and make your mind still. Teaching you to stop the constant chatter in the brain. Benefits of Meditation:

*clearer mind
*improve your concentration,
*discover the wisdom and tranquility

The Class is combination of Meditation with some very restorative Yoga Postures, blankets, bolsters, yoga blocks are part of the session. Suitable for anyone with limitations or if your just looking to find inner peace and relaxation
KIDS YOGA CLASS 5-12yrs *** (minimum of 4 registered to run this class)
Rainbow Kids Yoga program, Yoga poses, games, stories and self discovery with children expressing themselves, as well as building confidence in a non competative setting. (Regular weekly KIDS classes end May 13th, will be back in the fall have a great summer)

TEENS & TWEENS YOGA CLASS 12-16 Yrs***
This class teaches the basics of yoga and the benefits of a practice, the classes are fun and challenging in a non-competative setting. Focus on building strength and flexibility and as well developing self esteem and self cofidence. Awareness of posture and learning the, techniques to relax,by focusing on the breath. Group interactions and a time to talk about teen issues such as body awareness and changes to the body in the teen years.
SPECIFIC NEEDS YOGA (Limitations) and (PRE-POST NATAL )
This class if designed for anyone managing an illness, or injury,or even overweight this class is a safe gentle practice. Learn to use your breath to reduce tension. Use gentle movements to relieve your joints, allow greater range of motion and improve strength, balance and flexibility. Be prepared to laugh, have fun and meet new people. Maximum 8 in this class
FAMILY NIGHT YOGA Mothers, Fathers & Daughters/Sons are welcome age 8 (book your family)
A one hour class pre-registered 4 week session. call to book a session
Parents and children are going to connect with each other and share the Yoga experience together. This class includes facts about Yoga poses and a few fun games this is a great way to connect with your children and practice Yoga while experiencing the benefits. Laughter is always on the agenda, connect to your children and your inner child inside :)
PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS (1-4 People)
Class set up for your indiividual needs, maybe you want to take a few before starting a class or possibly you want to have a personal class to help you with your injuries or illness and are not comfortable in a group setting. Whatever you needs are a class can be customized to your schedule if I am available. In your home or at the studio.
